G̈îv-shêzêyi Dêtîkè (/ˈfako/ /ʃɘˈzɘji/ [selfish] [carriage; cart]) is a subtropical Small Town located in the Lëcêngthëvi Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name G̈îv-shêzêyi Dêtîkè is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as G̈îv-shêzêyi Dêtîkè was founded by Tshil Èbëkèdo, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

G̈îv-shêzêyi Dêtîkè has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 31°C (87°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 19°C (66°F). Overview

G̈îv-shêzêyi Dêtîkè was founded durring the late 11th century, by Tshil Èbëkèdo. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Tshil Èbëkèdo.

G̈îv-shêzêyi Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and G̈îv-shêzêyi Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

G̈îv-shêzêyi Dêtîkè is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of premissive gravel streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The town's somewhat suffishent are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

A look around G̈îv-shêzêyi Dêtîkè gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Cultural Notes

G̈îv-shêzêyi Dêtîkè's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.

Due to the actions of local Kami, summer is recurring in G̈îv-shêzêyi Dêtîkè.

The Kamadan near G̈îv-shêzêyi Dêtîkè are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.

G̈îv-shêzêyi Dêtîkè's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves performance art to channel Mysticism energies of tier 3 via throat singing.
